Teton River Arts & Commerce was formed in 2024 to promote the arts and businesses in the greater Rexburg area. Our goal is to bring the community together through shared experiences and arts opportunities that enrich our lives and community. Through cultural and arts events, classes and community education, and in collaboration with local businesses, we hope to contribute to the overall vibrance of our cherished community.

MEET THE TEAM
Emily Miller
President and Director
​
Emily Miller is a Ricks College graduate (2001), the wife of a BYU-Idaho faculty member, and a current BYU-Idaho student! She has lived in Rexburg for a total of 10 years (1999-2004 and 2019-present), and has always enjoyed being involved in the community. She was a reporter for KRIC-FM and The Rexburg Standard Journal, and a volunteer with the Rexburg Chamber of Commerce. Until recently, she worked in publicity and event planning for the Rexburg Cultural Arts Department. She is the owner of RexburgCommons.com and is a freelance reporter for EastIdahoNews.com.

More than anything, Emily loves to promote the arts and local businesses. She comes from entrepreneurs on both sides of her family, and has always been enthusiastic about helping local businesses thrive. She is involved in music and the arts, and appreciates how a thriving arts scene contributes to an overall vibrant community.

Rexburg and the surrounding area are full of talented and brilliant people in arts and business, and Emily wants to shine the light on all of them.
Rick Robinson
Vice President​

Rick Robinson, a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor's in Business Finance, has a diverse professional background. After several years in the energy industry managing a multi-state demand-side management program, he made a career shift into real estate. After 8 years in real estate, Rick earned his broker's license, founded Real Estate Two70 in Rexburg, and is having an awesome time growing the company with his business partners. Alongside his professional achievements, Rick cherishes his family life with his beautiful wife and two wonderful kids, with whom he enjoys family adventures and traveling.
Rick's passion for the arts was kindled by his wife, who has been involved in the arts her entire life. This newfound appreciation for the arts led him to actively participate in various community projects, including designing lighting for community theatre productions. One of Rick's notable contributions is the large community Christmas Light Show he and his family organized, which evolved into a collaborative event with the city of Rexburg. These experiences have deepened Rick's connection to the arts and fueled his desire to strengthen the arts community in southeast Idaho.
As a local business owner, Rick is thrilled to be a part of Teton River Arts and Commerce. He is committed to helping bring the arts and businesses together to create a vibrant and enriching community. By supporting cultural and arts events, classes, and community education, Rick aims to contribute to the overall vibrance of this area. His involvement in Teton River Arts and Commerce reflects his dedication to fostering shared experiences and opportunities that enhance the community's quality of life.

Ethan Richards was born in the South, but is now an Idaho native through marriage.
​
Raised by an entrepreneur and an artist in Dallas, Texas, he has been immersed in rich cultures and is passionate about sharing these cultures and ideas with everyone he meets. He is fascinated by the junction of small communities and cultural arts, and how business can spread all these influences to enrich the people around it. Ethan met the board while working at the City of Rexburg's Cultural Arts Department as a brand manager, and currently serves as the Director of Marketing for Teton River Arts and Commerce, while working at a Rexburg- based marketing agency.
