Bronze Membership
Annual Fee: $100
• Listing in the Business Directory with a backlink to your website.
• Business name listed in the sponsors' section of event programs (printed and/or digital).
• A welcome and promotion in our next monthly newsletter after you join.
• 10% discount on TRAC-sponsored events. (Not all events shared on this website will be officially TRAC-sponsored. Email hello@tetonriverarts.org with inquiries.)
Silver Membership
Annual Fee: $250
• All benefits from the Bronze Membership included.
• Logo displayed in event programs (printed and/or digital).
• Recognition on TRAC social media platforms.
• 15% discount on TRAC-sponsored events. (Not all events shared on this website will be officially TRAC-sponsored. Email hello@tetonriverarts.org with inquiries.)
Gold Membership
Annual Fee: $500
• All benefits from the Bronze and Silver Memberships included.
• Logo displayed prominently in the beginning of event programs under "Top Sponsors."
• An annual written feature spotlighting your business (including photos), to be posted on our website, social media, and in our monthly newsletter.
• Priority consideration and notification for sponsorship opportunities.
• 20% discount on TRAC-sponsored events. (Not all events shared on this website will be officially TRAC-sponsored. Email hello@tetonriverarts.org with inquiries.)
• A press release announcing your membership and highlighting your business and your commitment to supporting the arts.

ARTS MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Free Arts Membership
• Inclusion in Arts Directory. All arts organizations and individual artists who agree to the terms and conditions (linked below in application form) will be listed in our Arts Directory.
• Event Promotion. We will actively promote members' events such as art shows, performances, exhibitions, classes, camps, workshops, etc., through our website, social media platforms, and monthly newsletters.
• Grant Information. We will keep you in the loop regarding grants you can pursue.
• Productions. Invitations to participate in members-only events and productions.
Upgraded Arts Membership
Annual Fee: $250
• All benefits from the free membership.
• Tickets. Two complimentary tickets per year to a TRAC-sponsored event.
• Press Release. A press release announcing your membership in TRAC with information about you or your organization, distributed to local media outlets.
• Bio/Info page about the artist or organization on this website and Rexburg Commons.
• Ability to schedule Rexburg City facilities through TRAC at nonprofit rate. Events must be hosted by TRAC and presented as "Teton River Arts & Commerce Presents: (Your Organization or Event)."

• Press Release. A press release about your organization, event, classes, etc., distributed to all local media outlets on TRAC letterhead. Cost: $50
• Ticket Sales. We will handle your ticket sales (hosted on our website) for 15% of the total sales after processing costs.
• Event Staff. We will help staff events at a rate of $25 per staff member per hour.
• Volunteer organization. We will help organize volunteers at a rate of $25 per hour per staff member needed. (Example: If we need two stagff members to help organize 50 volunteers, will will charge for the staff members, not the volunteers.)
