East Idaho artists, Daniel and Kara Hidalgo of Idaho Art Lab, will be leading plein air painting retreats at HARRIMAN STATE PARK from 8/4 - 8/9 and YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK from 8/18 - 22.
